The designer’s sketch went to Schonbek 1870 as a dimensioned drawing; the approval set locked crystal cut, finish, and drop height; and from there the job was lead-time management — tracked weekly, receiving coordinated, the crate opened with the client watching. The fixture is the designer’s. The logistics were ours.
