About EDAH
Design-literate. Technical. White-glove.
EDAH is the design-and-specification layer of the Enlightening ecosystem. We work behind your vision: translating project goals into lighting plans, fixture schedules, and control strategy, then sourcing and submitting from a curated manufacturer board — in your studio’s format. You stay the hero of the project; the choice always belongs to you.
The Four Motions
At your studio, over your boards — layering, color, and control strategy shaped around the design you already have.
Project goals translated into lighting plans, fixture schedules, and dimming protocols — in your format, under your name.
We come to you with something specific — a line that fits your current work — or we don’t come at all.
Lead times tracked, submittals kept current, one consistent point of contact from concept to sign-off.
Three entities. One accountable chain.
Manufacturer representation since 1988 — the line card, the showroom relationships, the supply.
Design and specification — the consultative layer that turns project goals into schedules that hold.
Turnkey execution. Done right, done once — and documented on film.
The People on the Call
Renee leads the relationship and owns the specification — design consultation, fixture selection, layering and control strategy, and the white-glove submittal that carries your project to install. One consistent point of contact, concept through sign-off.
Rachel keeps the work moving — submittal packages, cut sheets, lead-time tracking, and scheduling — so Renee stays focused on your design. The quiet operational layer behind every engagement.
When architectural lighting, control systems, and technical installation become vital to the design, Renee schedules Sam in — in person at the Austin Training Center, over Zoom, or through architectural lighting training at the Dallas Market Center.
